Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”

  • Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at service@nnarapidsolutions.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Confirmation

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Step 3: Return Shipping

You may be required to ship the product back to our address. Please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Step 4: Inspection & Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.


3. Refunds

Full Refund

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Parts or packaging are missing

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

Exchanges

We offer replacements for eligible damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Once the order has been dispatched, standard return procedures will apply.
